Our New Gallery Benches by Newgrange Development

Earlier this summer IPaintMyMind was lucky enough to collaborate with fellow Green Exchange tenants, Newgrange Development. Sean Moran and his team are top notch, have a focus on sustainability, and a track record of supporting various amazing local organizations, including Climate Cycle (another Gx tenant) and now IPMM, among others.

Since IPMM moved into the building about a year ago, Sean and Newgrange has been hugely supportive. In talking about how we could create a cool piece that would to the gallery while incorporating sustainable design, and keeping in line with the unpretentious IPMM vibe, we thought Rebuilding Exchange would be a great place to source some supplies. Sean and I went there and found a sweet floorboard from an old train car in Texas, as well as some hairpin legs. Sean's team use those pieces to create these amazing gallery benches, which live perfectly together but can also be separated as necessary for our various events.
