We're extremely happy to announce that IPaintMyMind has been approved for both the Google for Nonprofits and Google Grants programs. What does this even mean you say? Well, it means Google has donated their business services including emails, data storage, and other web tools to IPMM via Google for Nonprofits. We subsequently applied for their Google Grants programs, which provides 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations with $10,000 in monthly Google Adwords budgets for FREE. You heard us right - that's 120k in annual PPC budgets that will help us expand our reach greatly!
This means IPMM will be able to drive more traffic to our ongoing coverage, support, and initiatives, and we're excited to make the most of it! In doing some research, we found a website called MediaCause, which helps nonprofits connect with professionals in various fields to participate in micro-volunteering on behalf of whatever organization they choose. "Challenges" are posted by various nonprofits, and people respond to the project that entices them the most.
Thankfully, IPMM has linked up with Tally Keller and Keith Goode who both work at Dell in Austin, TX, and who have volunteered to help us maximize our adwords budgets and SEO efforts. We can't thank them enough for helping us as we grow in our ability to provide coverage of arts & music, support work we love, and launch great arts initiatives.
If you have any skills you're willing to donate - definitely let us know.
