Again, it's only ever been about that which grips. The things that move us, that stop us, that even for a moment prevent any other thoughts. Christian Schmidt's photography produced that experience for me, and that's precisely why you're now seeing it on these web pages. Whether an overhead shot of a city, a vacant hangar with a desk in the middle, a beautiful scene of coy fish, or an eerily hazy mountainside; it's all amazing. His photos are all about perspective. They take raw beauty, tilt the angle, and boom.

Sand dunes, wind mills, stairwells, all fodder for impressive images. The skill is evident, which is why his client list is a whose who of companies with veritable brands: ABN Amro, Allianz, American Express, Audi, Bitburger, Canon, Credit Suisse, Chrysler, Deutsche Telekom, DPD, EADS, FAZ, Finlandia Vodka, General Electric, Ford, Hewlett Packard, Jaguar, Kodak, Krumbach, L’oreal, Lexus, Lincoln Mercury, & Michelin. Alas, Christian's ability has opened plenty of doors. One gets the feeling that achieving a certain level of access can make incredible shots all the more attainable. Views from runways, or high atop a massive mountain range , the photography benefits from clients with budgets.

That being said, quality begets quality, which is why Christian Schmidt's website can usurp 30 minutes of your life easily. We're happy to have found his incredible photos; images that lend perspective to simple yet humbling beauty.
