Benny Loco's latest release is a glimpse into the mind of a producer on the rise. Residing in Colorado and hitting the stage with a ton of great electronic acts like Michael Menert, Dark Party, Paul Basic, Half-Color, Mux Mool, S.P.E.C.T.R.E., Prepschool, Fisk (of Fresh2Death) and The Coop, Benny Loco aka Ian Guthrie is sure to turn some heads with Set EP. In a decidedly awesome twist of fate, IPMM Founder Evan La Ruffa, was able to contribute a few coordinated words that are being presented in the digital liner notes. After listening to the EP, we at IPMM seemed to find the mental space Ian was in while creating this music. He was happy with it, and we're happy to be associated with such a great project.
